Court Document Definition:

A court document search is a record provided by the courts confirming that all fines and restitution were paid, and confirmation of how court proceed in respect to summarily or indictable.  This is required for U.S. Waivers, Canadian Pardons and various other reasons.  Fingerprints and a certified copy of your criminal record are required and included in this service package offered by FPS.


Court Document Benefits:

Official documents signed and sealed by the court house proving that you have completed your sentence, including fines, jail time, restitution, probation and community service hours.


Applying for a Court Document:

1.  Hire FPS to handle all documents, provide on-site fingerprint service and to ensure that our application is done correct.  We keep the process of a court document request simple, fast and convenient for you.  We provide a complete service package and usually with 2 months* you will receive your complete package.


Completion Time:

1.  Usually 2 months, however *time lines are dependant on RCMP and court house.  Currently, there is a backlog with the RCMP.
