Providing fast, convenient, professional electronic fingerprinting services to individuals, private organizations and government Agencies who require Certified Criminal Record Checks (CPIC)!

* Employment * Immigration * Citizenship * Volunteering * International Adoptions * FBI Criminal Record Checks *

Biometrics or Electronic Fingerprinting: This advanced system sends your fingerprints direct via electronically to the RCMP Civil Fingerprinting Screening Services in Ottawa, usually before you leave our office, therefore eliminating mailing time.  This process is secure, confidential, convenient and ensures a more prompt processing time regarding your certified criminal record search (CPIC) results.

Current Biometric processing times:

  • No existing criminal record associated to fingerprints:  72 hour processing time + mail time = 1 week

  • Existing criminal record associated to fingerprints: 72 hour processing time + verification of record and prints + mail time = 2-4 months.

Current ink and paper submissions processing time:

  • Excess of one hundred and twenty (120) days = 4-6 months.

Once your fingerprints are sent using this advanced process, you can be confident that the most important part of obtaining your certified criminal record certificate has been completed.

The system also has a unique tracking procedure that allows FPS Fingerprint Pardon Services to obtain the status of your fingerprints in the fingerprint screening process system at any time.
