Pardon - $577.50 ($96.25 per month for 6 months)

Items where additional fees may apply: $30 to $75 per document

• Fingerprint service & RCMP fee: if unable to attend FPS office,
• Court documents: Over the limit of five (5) convictions within 15 years of your application date,
• Local check documents: Over the limit of (3) cities lived in within the last five (5) years;
• Canadian Military documents,
• Additional commission, investigation, and/or prosecution of the offence documents.  (Will be special request by the National Parole Board Only).
  

Pardon and US Travel Waiver:  (Started, but not completed)
Price advised during one (1) hour consultation session. Minimum $125.00 + GST

Additional Fees of $545 US will apply:

Delivery of paperwork to U.S. Department of Homeland Security/Customs and Border Protection.  A filing fee of $545 U.S. funds payable to the U.S. direct.  This is not part of FPS fingerprint Pardon services or fees.  It is a fee paid by you direct to U.S. Customs to review, process and grant/deny your waiver.

Commissioner of Oaths - $42.25 (includes GST) **This does not include fingerprint services** payment is payable at the beginning of service by certified cheque, money order or cash only.

*Additional consultation (1) one hour - $125.00 + GST may be charged if an individual requires more information than the basic consultation.  This is an additional service and will be fully disclosed and discussed before any and all applications are approved for processing.

Important:

• All consultation fees, certified criminal record searches (CPIC), fingerprint prints only and commissioner of oaths are due at beginning of session, and are payable to FPS Fingerprint Pardon Services by cheque, money order or cash only.
  

• All other service fees are payable to FPS Fingerprint Pardon Services by cheque or money order. Personal cheques must clear the bank before FPS Fingerprint Pardon Service will continue with services. There will be an additional $20.00 NSF Fee charged.

• All fees are non-refundable.Fees are subject to change without notice.

• Additional fees may apply to all above listed services as noted under items where additional fees may or will apply.
  

• FPS Fingerprint Pardon Services does not accept large amounts of Cash, Interact (Debit) or Credit Cards.
