CANNABIS RECORD SUSPENSIONS

The Parole Board of Canada is now granting Cannabis Record Suspension for simple possession convictions ONLY.  If you qualify for this process the Parole Board will waiver their standard filing fee of $50 to process these applications.  They have also waived the 5 year waiting time.

There are other costs associated with a Cannabis Record Suspension even if you do it on your own.  These fees have not been waived by the Agencies who collect them.
